This is a free crochet pattern for Easter egg embellishment that you could add to your Easter basket.


Material Needed

Stash cotton thread

Hook: Stainless Steel 2 / 2.25MM


Skill Level

Beginner


Gauge

Any size


Terms

Ch: Chain

Sc: Single Crochet

H dc: Half Double Crochet

Dc: Double Crochet

Tr c : Treble Crochet

D tr c: Double Treble Crochet

Sl st: Slip Stitch


Easter Egg Embellishments Instructions


Round 1: Ch 7 in magic crochet.  


Round 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in the same st, (2 sc in next st) around, end w/ sl st in 1st sc to join. (14 sc)


Round 3: ch1, hdc in the same st, (hdc in next st) 3 times, dc in next st, (dc, 3 tr c, d tr c) in next st, (d tr c, 3 tr c, dc) in next st, dc in next st, (hdc in next st) 4 times, ( 2 hdc in next st) twice, end w/ sl st in 1st hdc to join.  (24 sts)


Round 4: Ch 1, sc in the same st, (sc in next st) 7 times, (2 sc in next st) 4 times, (sc in next st) 10 times, (2 sc in next st) 2 times, end w/ sl st in 1st sc to join. (30 sc)

Fasten off and weave in ends. (attach to your basket)
