Bobble and FPDC Combination

Above photo (symbols instructions) is not mine, it is actually one of several stitches that's all over the internet. Some of my friends actually requested for photo tutorial for this, and now here it is. Hope in this way I can help your next WIP.


Terms: 

This is a photo tutorial of crochet stitches using Bobble st, FPDC, and BPDC combination. We are using BPDC in this post because we are just making a swatch, but if you use this stitches in continuous round, you will use FPDC and Bobble st only.

Girlie's Crochet


Row 1: Ch 25, dc in 5th ch from hook (1st 5ch, consider as 1st dc and 1ch sp), dc in next 2ch, ch2, skip 2ch, sc in next ch, ch2, skip 2ch, dc in next 2ch, dc, ch2, dc in next ch, dc in next 2ch, ch2, skip 2ch, sc in next ch, ch2, skip 2ch, dc in next 2ch, dc, ch1, dc in last ch.


Row 2: Ch1, turn, sc in the same st, sc in next 1ch space, ch2, fpdc in next 3dc, ch2, skip 2ch space, skip sc, skip 2ch space, fpdc in next 3 dc, ch2, sc in 2ch space, ch2, fpdc in next 3dc, ch2, skip 2ch space, skip sc, skip 2ch space, fpdc in next 3dc, ch2, sc in 1ch sp ,sc in 1st dc of row 1.


Row 3: Ch3 (consider as 1st hdc and 1ch sp), turn, bobble st in next sc, ch 1, *bpdc in 3fpdc, skip 2ch space, bpfc in next 3 fpdc, ch1,skip 2ch space*, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next sc, ch1, skip 2ch space, repeat *to* bobble st, in next sc, ch1, hdc in next sc.


Row 4: Ch 3 (consider as 1st hdc and 1ch sp), turn, booble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 6 BPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 6 BPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, hdc in next ch.


Row 5: Ch3 (consider as 1st hdc and 1ch sp), turn, bobble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, BPDC in next 6 FPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, ckip 1ch sp, BPDC in next 6 FPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, hdc in next st.


Row 6: Ch 3 (consider as 1st hdc and 1ch sp), turn, booble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 6 BPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 6 BPDC, ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st in next 1ch sp, ch1, hdc in next ch.

Row 9: Ch2, turn, (BPDC in next 3 FPDC,  ch1, skip 2ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next sc, ch1, skip 2ch sp, BPDC in next 3 FPDC) twice, skip 1ch sp, hdc in next st.


Row 10:  Ch2,turn,  (FPDC in next 3 BPDC,  ch1, skip1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 3 BPDC) twice, hdc in next st.


Row 11: Ch2, turn, (BPDC in next 3 FPDC,  ch1, skip 1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, BPDC in next 3 FPDC) twice, hdc in next st.


Row 12:  Ch2, turn, (FPDC in next 3 BPDC,  ch1, skip1ch sp, bobble st, ch2, bobble st in next 2ch sp, ch1, skip 1ch sp, FPDC in next 3 BPDC) twice, hdc in next st.


Row 13: Ch3, turn, BPDC in next 3 FPDC, ch2, skip 1ch sp, sc in next 2ch sp, ch2, skip 1ch sp, BPDC in next 3 FPDC, ch2, BPDC in next 3 FPDC, ch2, skip 1ch sp, sc in next 2ch sp, ch2,  BPDC in next 3 FPDC, ch1, hdc in next st.
